ALTEN Sweden is seeking an engaged Mechanical Engineer to join our team. You will manage the full lifecycle of mechanical systems from design to implementation, contributing to challenging projects and cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering and production.

The role focuses on preparing CAD data for visualization, performing material assignment, data cleaning, and QA to ensure visualization-ready datasets.

Qualifications

• Experience in 3D CAD environments, CATIA V5 preferred
• Experience handling complex CAD assemblies and product structures
• Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle development
• Understanding cross-functional collaboration (design-engineering-production)

Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD data for visualization (geometry clean-up, structuring)
• Create technical visualization images for internal use cases
• Produce and deliver visualization data packages for other departments
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and market representatives
