Job summary

Qred AB is seeking a Martech Engineer to own the technology linking marketing performance with business outcomes. You will manage tracking, consent management, and attribution in-house, scaling systems to support active customers and funded loans across Northern Europe.

You’ll build and maintain CAPI and offline pipelines, establish data governance, and streamline data flows across modern data stacks. A strong SQL skillset and fintech exposure are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining marketing data infrastructure.
• Strong SQL skills with data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience implementing tracking, consent management, and attribution systems.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and data pipelines (BigQuery/Redshift, Fivetran, Funnel).
• Background in fintech/regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end web and server-side tracking setups (GTM, GA4) with GDPR compliance.
• Build and operate Conversion APIs and offline data pipelines across channels.
• Define UTM governance and attribution logic aligned with central data warehouse.
• Consolidate marketing data architecture across Fivetran, Funnel, BigQuery, and Redshift.
• Collaborate with Digital, RevOps, and Web teams on launches and data troubleshooting.

About the Role

In this role, you will take full ownership of the technology bridging our marketing performance with core business results. You will bring our tracking, consent management, and attribution infrastructure completely in-house, scaling our financial systems to optimize performance marketing toward real business outcomes like active card customers and paid-out loans.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end web and server-side Google Tag Manager (Stape), GA4, and OneTrust setups, ensuring full compliance with Consent Mode v2 and GDPR.
• Build and maintain Conversion APIs (CAPI) and offline conversion data pipelines across major channels to align bidding models with downstream financial metrics.
• Establish UTM governance and attribution logic to reconcile platform data with our central cloud data warehouse.
• Consolidate marketing data architecture across Fivetran, Funnel, BigQuery, and Redshift, streamlining pipeline efficiency and data hygiene.
• Support cross-functional initiatives across Digital, RevOps, and Web teams for channel launches, experimentation, and data troubleshooting.

What we’re looking for

You bring a structured, engineering-led mindset to marketing data infrastructure and take pride in documenting scalable systems. You have the technical rigor to debug complex setups, the initiative to drive complete in-house alignment, and the ability to translate complex tracking setups into clear, actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a specialized Martech, tracking, or marketing engineering role within a data-driven setting.
• Deep hands-on experience with web and server-side Google Tag Manager, GA4, OneTrust, and Consent Mode v2 implementation.
• Proven track record implementing Conversion APIs, offline conversion pipelines, and navigating attribution model discrepancies.
• Strong SQL skills combined with practical experience using data integration tools (Fivetran, Funnel) and cloud warehouses (BigQuery or Redshift).
• Background in Fintech, Banking, or another regulated, high-growth environment is a strong advantage.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach.
