Job summary

Vattenfall in Solna, Stockholm, is seeking a MarTech & Customer Data Specialist to lead consent management and optimize marketing technology across the Nordic region. You will collaborate with compliance, IT and business teams to translate regulatory requirements into practical processes and scalable solutions, improving customer communication and data compliance.

You will own the consent management system, drive data-driven marketing, and help teams make better use of CRM, marketing automation

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of consent management processes and marketing law.
• Experience with MarTech solutions like MS Dynamics Customer Insights Data & Journeys, CRM systems, Optimizely.

Responsibilities

• Define and collect business requirements for MarTech capabilities.
• Own and develop Consent Management solution and related processes.
• Translate business and legal requirements into clear IT requirements.
• Support teams in ensuring compliance with marketing law and related legislation.
• Help teams understand how consent management, CRM, marketing automation and data can be used for compliant, customer-centric marketing.
• Share knowledge and support change initiatives related to MarTech and data.
• Follow trends and regulatory developments in digital marketing and data management.
