Ängsbacka KURSGÅRD AB in Molkom, Sweden, is seeking a Marketing Manager who can lead our marketing team and partner with the CEO to shape strategy and execution.
You will develop campaigns for festivals, courses and volunteering programs, strengthen the Ängsbacka brand, explore new channels, and turn ideas into engaging, tangible experiences for our community.
What if your next marketing job wasn’t just about selling something?
What if it was about helping people discover a place, a community and experiences that could genuinely make a difference in their lives?
We are a purpose-driven, non-profit community in the Swedish countryside, creating festivals, courses and volunteering programs around personal growth, connection, creativity and conscious living.
Now we’re looking for someone who can help us tell that story — and invite more of the right people to be part of it.
You’ll lead our marketing team and work directly with the CEO, taking responsibility for both the big picture and making things happen.
Your work will include:
Our main products arefestivals, courses and volunteering programs, with a café and shop as additional parts of what we offer.
Knows marketing — but doesn’t believe marketing has to look a certain way.
You are strategic, creative and hands-on. You can see the bigger picture, but you’re also happy to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
You might have experience in:
But perhaps even more importantly, you are curious, proactive and good at turning ideas into reality.
And you genuinely connect with what Ängsbacka is about.
This is not a high-salary corporate marketing position.
We want to be upfront: the salary is SEK 25,000/month.
What we can offer instead is something quite different:
Purpose — be part of a non-profit vision with a strong sense of meaning.
Community — become part of an active and inspiring community, with activities happening throughout the year.
Experiences — access to festivals and selected courses.
People — work alongside great colleagues in a warm, creative and sometimes wonderfully unconventional atmosphere.
Nature — spend your working days surrounded by the forests and countryside of Värmland.
And perhaps most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to use your marketing skills to help create something you actually believe in.
If you read this and thought “Yes. This sounds like my kind of place.”
We’d love to hear from you.
