Job summary

Newcode.ai is seeking a proactive marketer to build our growth engine from the ground up. You will own marketing strategy, content, and campaigns in a fast-paced startup setting, identifying opportunities and delivering with excellence.

You will craft on-brand copy, manage digital initiatives, and coordinate events while collaborating across teams to drive engagement and pipeline. If you thrive on ownership, experimentation, and data-driven decisions, join us in transforming legal tech with AI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience in a AI/tech startup.
• Self-starter with a bias toward action.
• Creative thinker who brings new ideas rather than waiting for direction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
• Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels. Identify growth opportunities and propose ideas. Track performance and optimize results across website, email, social, paid media, and other touchpoints.
• Content & Copywriting: Write on-brand copy for websites, blogs, emails, social media, ads, and collateral. Create engaging content to educate, build trust, and drive engagement. Coordinate assets and launches.
• Brand Management: Ensure materials reflect premium brand positioning, voice, and identity. Maintain consistency across customer touchpoints.
• Website & Digital Marketing: Manage website content and landing pages. Support SEO and optimize content for performance. Assist with emails, automation, and lead nurturing.
• Events & Partnerships: Coordinate webinars, conferences, events, and field marketing. Support logistics, campaigns, and on-site content. Assist with partnerships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and campaign performance. Prepare reports and optimize based on insights.

The Role

We\'re looking for a highly proactive marketer who loves building from the ground up. This person is creative, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. They don\'t wait for direction—they identify opportunities, propose ideas, and execute with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Proactively identify growth opportunities and bring forward creative marketing ideas. Track campaign performance and use data to continuously improve results. Help maximize performance across our website, email marketing, social media, paid media, and other digital touchpoints.
• Content & Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand copy for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, advertisements, and sales collateral. Create engaging content that educates, builds trust, and drives customer engagement. Coordinate campaign assets, launches, promotional initiatives, and marketing communications.
• Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials consistently reflect the company\'s premium brand positioning, voice, and visual identity. Help strengthen brand awareness and maintain consistency across every customer touchpoint.
• Website & Digital Marketing: Manage website content updates and landing pages. Support SEO initiatives and optimize website content for performance. Assist with email marketing campaigns, automation, and lead nurturing.
• Events & Partnerships: Coordinate webinars, conferences, customer events, and field marketing initiatives. Support event logistics, promotional campaigns, and on-site content creation. Assist with strategic partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance. Prepare reports and recommend optimizations based on insights and data.

Requirements
