Role and responsibilities

As Marketing Coordinator, you will support Q-linea’s global marketing activities with a focus on our website, events, and vendor management. You will ensure our digital presence remains updated and effective, help plan Q-linea’s participation in international scientific conferences and tradeshows, and support campaign execution across digital channels.

The role involves close collaboration with the Director of Global Marketing, Marketing Communications Manager, and colleagues across Q-linea’s international organization (Sweden, Italy and US). You will also manage selected external vendors and service providers. This is a broad and varied role where you will have the opportunity to contribute both strategically and operationally.

The position is based in Uppsala, Sweden, and you will be reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, based in US.

What you will do:

• Maintain and update Q-linea’s website in collaboration with external vendors
• Monitor and report website analytics
• Coordinate Q-linea’s participation in global microbiology, infectious disease, and related conferences and tradeshows (booth logistics, hotel blocks, affiliated events, schedules, etc.)
• Manage selected EMEA-based marketing vendors under the direction of the Director of Global Marketing
• Assist with translating press releases, website content, and other marketing/IR documents into Swedish as needed
• Support campaign messaging, including social media and email marketing linked to events and product communication

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a scientific discipline or Marketing field
• At least 2 years marketing experience, preferably within MedTech or IVD industry
• Fluent in Swedish and very good English, both written and spoken
• Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as CRM systems, email marketing tools, CMS, marketing automation, social media management tools, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite
