About the Role
As a Market Field Trainer, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent, high-quality training and operational excellence across our restaurants. You will deliver structured audits, coach restaurant teams and management, and support store-level training needs. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining strong market results under brand standards and internal audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement our “PERFECT” program across all stores together with Partner Managers, RGMs, and ARLs, ensuring training updates are maintained.
- Review and address deviations within Food Safety, Training, Guest Service, Food Quality, and Management.
- Deliver market-wide training sessions to coach and retrain outlet management teams as required.
- Conduct on-site training for front counter and Drive Thru service, prepare reports, and share within the market.
- Plan and conduct BK Shift Foundation training for new shift leaders and provide regional training sessions as needed.
- Perform quarterly training audits and assessments to ensure alignment with brand and food safety standards.
- Provide structured feedback to Training and Operations teams to update materials and improve training effectiveness.
- Support RGMs/Partner Managers with Ops Standards, tools, and training materials (e.g. build cards, cleaning charts, command station data).
- Support new restaurant openings with training, tools, and materials in collaboration with regional managers.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, QA, and HR to support training needs.
Key Competencies
- Strong knowledge QSR operational standards and training systems.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (both classroom and on-the-floor).
- Strong coaching skills across all restaurant levels.
- Organized with excellent planning and follow-up abilities.
- Able to lead and implement market-wide training with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
Work Schedule
- Morning from 09:00 onwards.
- Evening routines up to 20:00.
- 5 working days per week, including weekends.
