Job summary

Zenovo is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Leader to drive Manufacturing & Industrial Systems initiatives within a major production environment. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects across technology, production, engineering, suppliers and management to turn ambitious plans into tangible results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Leader in IT or system implementation projects, preferably in manufacturing or production environments.
• Solid understanding of how MES, SAP, and production-related systems work together.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical, industrial and systems projects from planning through to implementation.
• Manage projects involving assembly-line relocation, installation, commissioning and/or implementation of new production lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams towards clear objectives, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across IT, engineering, production, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Manage project schedules, resources, risks, budgets and dependencies.
• Act as the central point of coordination between technical teams, production, management and external partners.
• Drive system implementation and integration activities within manufacturing and production environments.
• Identify risks and issues early and drive appropriate actions through to resolution.
• Manage change and maintain momentum in complex and dynamic project environments.
• Ensure that agreed strategies and plans are translated into measurable results.
