Managing Director (Sweden) | Tier 1 Main Contractor

Tier 1 Irish construction contractor with €650m+ turnover, leading complex data centre builds across Sweden for global clients. Specialising in hyperscale and mission-critical facilities, they deliver high-value projects across Scandinavia.

The Role:

1. Report to the Board and lead Scandinavian operations.
2. Oversee strategy, project delivery, client relationships, and team leadership.
3. Drive performance, growth, and compliance across the region.
4. Lead project phases from pre-construction to handover.
5. Act as main liaison for clients and stakeholders.
6. Continuously develop the business via diversification.

The Candidate:

1. Senior leadership experience in construction.
2. Proven delivery of large-scale, technical builds (preferably data centres).
3. Strong commercial, strategic, and operational acumen.
4. Scandinavian/European market knowledge is a plus.
