Your role

As Manager of Delivery Project Management, you will lead and develop a team responsible for delivering customer projects from start to completion. This includes full responsibility for planning, execution and delivery, ensuring that customer commitments are met in terms of scope, time, cost and quality.

You will play a key role in strengthening our project execution capability, with a focus on structure, coordination and consistent delivery across projects.

The role combines operational leadership with a strong focus on ways of working and continuous improvement. You will support your team in managing standard deliveries as well as complex projects and ensure effective collaboration across the organisation.

Customer projects are typically based on established products, sometimes combined with customer-specific adaptations. You and your team are responsible for ensuring successful end‑to‑end delivery, working in close collaboration with the design and production organisations to align requirements, plans and deliveries.

You will work closely with Services Management, Account Management/Regional Programme Management, Engineering/Design, Production and other stakeholders to ensure high‑quality delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

• Lead and develop the Customer/Delivery Project Management team

• Coordinate deliveries and maintain close collaboration with the design organisation

Customer & business alignment

• Ensure a strong and professional customer interface throughout project execution
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements towards internal stakeholders
• Secure alignment between customer expectations and internal deliveries
• Contribute to financial follow‑up and overall business performance
• Drive continuous improvement based on project outcomes and lessons learned

Your profile

You are a structured and confident leader with a strong ability to drive execution and create clarity in complex environments. You are motivated by improving ways of working and strengthening team performance.

You have solid experience from project management and a strong understanding of how to successfully lead projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, cost and quality.
