Job summary

Axis Communications AB in Lund is seeking a Manager for Business Development & Analytics to lead a newly formed Reverse Supply Chain team of six senior professionals. You will drive planning, purchasing, data analytics, and RSC offering development to support Axis’ growth and strategic direction.

You will report to leadership and collaborate across functions to shape the future of Axis' global Reverse Supply Chain.

Who is your future team?

Operations is the backbone of Axis, driving our global supply chain, sourcing, industrialization, and manufacturing to meet customer demands throughout the entire product lifecycle. Within Operations, Global Supply Chain organization plays a vital role, and that's where you'll find the Reverse Supply Chain (RSC) function.

The Reverse Supply Chain team is committed to ensuring timely delivery of repairs and replacement units to our customers in the after‑market. The involvement will stretch from concept review to end‑of support. The responsibilities include developing efficient repair solutions, strategically sourcing and planning spare parts inventory, and managing a global network of external RMA (Return Material Authorization) service partners.

As the Manager Business Development & Analytics, you will lead a newly created team of 6 senior professionals, in areas covering Planning, Process Development, Strategic Purchase and Data Analytics. In collaboration with the leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future strategy and direction of Axis' global Reverse Supply Chain.

What will you do here as Manager Business Development & Analytics?

The Business Development & Analytics team supports the organization with business insights, performance analysis, and development initiatives to drive efficiency, growth, and informed decision making. You will be a driving force behind our commitment to customer support and satisfaction.

• Lead, coach, and develop your team, according to Axis core values


• Ensure the delivery of world‑class Planning and Strategic Purchasing in collaboration across Axis’ global organization.


• Take lead for excellent process development, projects and development of tools and routines for data analysis


• Strategically develop our RSC offer in collaboration with other functions to support our growth ambitions.


• Support and contribute to excellent performance within Reverse Supply Chain


• Actively contribute to the Reverse Supply Chain Management team.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

You're a driven and experienced leader with a passion for people and supply chain management. You believe in the power of great teams and have a proven track record of promoting a productive and excellent work environment. You like the environment, challenges and possibilities of a growing global business.

You also have:

• A Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply chain management or similar.


• Previous management experience, leading senior colleagues.


• Experience in Supply Chain Management within a global environment.


• The ability to navigate successfully within a global structure.


• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. Enjoy interacting and collaborating with different people and cultures.


• Experience driving development agendas within supply chain

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in aftermarket operations


• Experience from an electronics manufacturing company.

The role involves some travel (approximately 20 days per year).
