Job summary

Axis Communications invites a seasoned Manager for a new function within Reverse Supply Chain – Business Development & Analytics. You will lead a six-person senior team, driving planning, strategic purchasing, process development, and data analytics to shape Axis' global RSC offerings.

You will collaborate with leadership to craft future strategy, travel ~20 days/year, and help ensure repairs and replacements are delivered efficiently to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply chain management or similar.
• Previous management experience leading senior colleagues.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management within a global environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.

• Lead, coach, and develop your team according to Axis core values.
• Ensure delivery of world-class Planning and Strategic Purchasing across Axis’ global organization.
• Take lead for process development and data analysis tools/routines.

The involvement will stretch from concept review to end-of support. The responsibilities include developing efficient repair solutions, strategically sourcing and planning spare parts inventory, and managing a global network of external RMA (Return Material Authorization) service partners.As the Manager Business Development & Analytics, you will lead a newly created team of 6 senior professionals, in areas covering Planning, Process Development, Strategic Purchase and Data Analytics.
