Accenture Nordics is seeking an experienced Strategy and/or Management Consulting Manager or Senior Manager to lead our Finance practice in Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö). You will own client relationships, drive business development, and guide teams delivering finance transformation programs spanning operating models, platform modernization, and AI-enabled finance operations.

We are looking for a Strategy and/or Management Consulting Manager or Senior Manager for our Finance practice in Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö).

To succeed in the role you are a driven, ambitious, and proactive leader who thrives on both drawing the bigger picture and owning the outcome. You bring deep finance expertise, a hands‑on delivery mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships at CFO and senior finance executive level. You will own client relationships, drive business development and originate new opportunities, lead teams and workstreams, and ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. As a Manager or Senior Manager you will also help shape our Swedish Finance practice, coach and develop junior colleagues, and contribute to growing the team.

What You Will Do

• Finance operating model design and GBS/shared service center establishment – defining target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps that move finance from scorekeeper to strategic value architect
• Finance platform transformation – leading ERP and finance application modernization programmes (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan) that build an AI‑ready digital core and streamline data models
• Strategic finance operations – redesigning end‑to‑end finance processes, driving standardization, and building high‑performance Finance & Accounting capabilities through GBS and intelligent operations
• AI and automation reinvention – designing and implementing GenAI and agentic automation in finance operations, building Human + Machine finance teams, and embedding AI across the finance function in a responsible and audit‑compliant way
• Enterprise performance management and connected planning – replacing static budgets with AI‑driven forecasting, scenario modelling, and decision intelligence that gives CFOs and business leaders a true forward‑looking view
• Business development and client leadership – originating and leading proposals, building and owning relationships at CFO and Controller level, and actively shaping our Finance practice in Sweden
• Strategic cost reduction, operational efficiency, and enterprise value creation – identifying and realizing measurable financial outcomes through transformation programmes

To succeed in this role, we believe you have

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Accounting, Finance or Industrial Engineering with excellent academic performance
• 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of strategy and/or management consulting experience related to the CFO Agenda – e.g. finance transformation, GBS design and establishment, enterprise performance management, finance operating model or platform transformation – ideally gained at a Big Four or comparable strategy/management consultancy
• A proven track record of leading teams and workstreams, managing senior client stakeholders, and contributing to business development, proposals and sales – with greater commercial ownership expected at Senior Manager level
• Experience working with AI and digital tools in a finance or consulting context – including an understanding of how GenAI, agentic automation and data analytics are reshaping the finance function
• Experience from diverse projects and cross‑functional teams, with the ability to work across industries and client contexts
• Fluent in English (incl. experience with written and oral presentations in English) and Swedish, with experience conducting interviews and facilitating workshops

The position will report to the Finance Practice Lead and the workplace is Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö). Some travel should be expected.
