Job summary

Accenture Nordics is seeking an experienced Strategy and/or Management Consulting Manager or Senior Manager to lead our Finance practice in Sweden (Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö). You will own client relationships, drive business development, and guide teams delivering finance transformation programs spanning operating models, platform modernization, and AI-enabled finance operations.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field and excellent academic performance.
5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of strategy/management consulting related to CFO agenda.
Proven track record leading teams and managing senior client stakeholders with business development experience.
Experience with AI and digital tools in finance/consulting, incl. GenAI and data analytics.

Responsibilities

Finance operating model design and governance frameworks for transformation.
ERP/finance platform modernization with SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan.
Redesign end-to-end finance processes and build high-performance F&A capabilities.
Design and implement GenAI and automation in finance operations.
Develop AI-driven forecasting, planning, and decision intelligence.
Lead proposals, manage CFO/Controller relationships, drive sales.
Identify and realize measurable financial outcomes through transformations.
