Job summary

0TO9 | Bank of Entrepreneurship is seeking a Management Associate to work closely with a senior executive in a fast-growing European fintech environment. You will help plan and structure work, manage deadlines, and drive both operational and strategic initiatives across 0TO9 and its ventures.

The role requires a commercial mindset, initiative, and an analytical approach, with strong English and Swedish communication.

Qualifications

• An academic background, preferably within business, finance, or engineering.
• 1–2+ years of relevant work experience, or several internship experiences in a similar role from a dynamic, performance-oriented organization such as consulting, investment banking, PE, or VC.
• An AI-native way of working, with proficient skills in MS Office Suite/Google Workspace.
• Project management and analytics experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Support and enable the senior executive in their daily work.
• Prepare presentations and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse data, research, write summaries, and make presentations.
• Be involved in, and manage various projects on both a strategic and operational level.
• Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders internally and externally.
• Work AI-natively, using modern AI tooling to research, analyse, and produce sharper work, faster.

About The Job

As Management Associate, similair to a Founder's Associate, you'll work side by side with one of our senior executive, with your primary responsibility being to support and enable them in their daily work across 0TO9 and our growing portfolio of ventures. The job encompasses freedom with responsibility. You are free to plan and structure the work as preferred, with attention to being available and focusing on existing deadlines while at the core being proactive. The tasks are operational and strategic as well as ad-hoc. Some of the main responsibilities include:

• support and enable the senior executive in their daily work
• prepare presentations and analyses for internal and external stakeholders
• analyse data, research, write summaries, and make presentations

• an academic background, preferably within business, finance, or engineering
• 1-2+ years of relevant work experience, or several internship experiences in a similar role from a dynamic, performance-oriented organization - such as consulting, investment banking, PE, or VC
• an AI-native way of working, with proficient skills in MS Office Suite/Google Workspace
• project management and analytics experience
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
