A growing industrial company in Sävast is seeking a Maintenance Workplanner to join their Hydrogen Plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure equipment operates efficiently. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and be proficient with maintenance planning tools like SAP or Maximo. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for technical degrees. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in dynamic, sometimes challenging industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance planning or scheduling in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work in dynamic industrial settings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Very good knowledge of English; Swedish knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to work in dynamic industrial settings, including hot, high-noise environments, at heights, and in confined spaces.

What you’ll do

Right now, we are looking for a Maintenance Workplanner. In this role you will report to Maintenance Manager and sit within our Hydrogen Plant. As a Maintenance Workplanner, you plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance so equipment works when it should.

You work closely with maintenance teams, operations, and procurement to make sure the right people, tools, and materials are in place. Your planning helps reduce downtime, keep the workplace safe, and make everyday work easier for everyone involved.

Specific to this role, the day‑to‑day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well.

• Plan and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
• Prepare clear job plans covering labor, tools, materials, and equipment.
• Work closely with technicians and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed on time and materials are available.
• Track progress, update schedules, and maintain accurate equipment records.

• Very good knowledge of English; Swedish or knowledge of Swedish/EU regulations is a plus.
• Willingness to work in dynamic industrial settings, including hot, high-noise environments, at heights, and in confined spaces when necessary.
