The candidate will install, upgrade, administer, and tune CICS environments, integrate with Db2, MQ, IMS and RACF, and lead automation efforts using REXX/CLIST. Hybrid work model with occasional travel to office locations.

The role requires strong technical expertise in CICS system programming, problem determination, performance management, disaster recovery, automation, and integration with other mainframe subsystems such as Db2, MQ, IMS, and RACF.
