Responsibilities

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Vertex AI Pipelines / Kubeflow
• Proficient in BigQuery and SQL
• Knowledge of Cloud Composer / Airflow
• Familiarity with IAM, service accounts, and Data Catalog
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code
• Nice to have: Dataflow and Kubernetes
• Strong expertise in Python OOP, coding best practices, and tools (flake8, mypy, black, SonarQube, pre-commit)
• Advanced knowledge in unit and end-to-end testing with Pytest, fixtures, unittest
• Comfortable with Unix systems and working in Docker environments
• Proficient in shell scripting
• Skilled in PR creation, merge conflict resolution
• Able to design CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) using best practices
• Deep understanding of Docker
• Advanced knowledge of DBT, ideally with GCP integration
• Expert in SQL
• Strong grasp of data modeling and system design
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset, with ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Effective communication skills with both stakeholders and technical teams
• Enthusiastic about code reviews and continuous feedback
