Job summary

KPMG Sweden's Deal Advisory is seeking driven Associates to join the Transaction Services team in Stockholm, with start January 2027 or August 2027.

You will perform and enhance financial due diligence on buy- and sell-side transactions, analyzing target data to understand drivers, risks, and potential liabilities impacting valuation.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar.
• Analytical mindset and business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• 0-3 years of work experience.
• Meritorious if experience in accounting/audit.
• Fluency in Swedish and English required.
• Extracurricular activities such as work experience or student involvement are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform and enhance financial due diligence for buy- and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze target company data to identify key drivers, risks and potential liabilities.
• Support valuation and negotiation discussions with analytical insights.
• Collaborate within a collaborative, international team across Sweden.
