Qualifications

• Academic background in Business, Engineering, or Finance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to challenge assumptions.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform and enhance financial due diligence in buy- and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze target company data to identify key drivers, cash flow, liabilities and risks.
• Support valuation and negotiation processes with analytical insights.
