Job summary

Siemens Energy is hiring for an LV electrical design engineer in Finspång to develop customer-specific electrical designs for gas turbine projects. You will collaborate with assembly teams, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure requirements are met and delivered on schedule.

The role requires an electrical engineering education and several years of experience, with familiarity in COMOS, SAP, ETAP and SINAMICS/SIMATIC STARTER aiding rapid integration.

Qualifications

• A relevant education in electrical engineering.
• Several years of experience in electrical design for power generation or similar.
• Familiarity with power systems and electrical design tools is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the electrical design for gas turbine projects worldwide.
• Take ownership to meet customer needs on time and within budget.
• Design and document LV systems and equipment (frequency converters, motors, batteries, UPS, switchgear).
• Build partnerships with interfaces to secure smooth order execution.
