Job summary

Nobia Park, Jönköping, is seeking a Project Manager Internal & External Logistics to drive and optimize logistics processes across our manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will lead projects within MES and SAP/S4HANA, collaborating with operations, IT, and procurement to translate business needs into scalable logistics solutions.

The role combines project management, process development, and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of warehousing, material flow, picking, transportation, and distribution.
• Experience with process design, system configuration, or solution development within manufacturing or supply chain.
• Experience leading projects, process improvements, or business development initiatives.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into effective MES and SAP‑based solutions.
• Work closely with production teams to develop and implement efficient logistics flows.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops to improve processes and ways of working.
• Provide second‑ and third‑line support, working closely with support teams to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution.
• Drive change initiatives and help ensure new processes are successfully adopted across the organization.
• Contribute to the development of future system and process landscapes within logistics and supply chain
• Manage, coach, and support one direct report, ensuring clear priorities, development, and engagement.
