Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Manufacturing environments.
• Experience with warehousing, material flow, picking, transportation and distribution.
• Experience designing processes, configuring systems, or developing solutions in manufacturing or supply chain.

Where we are right now

Nobia Park is continuing its journey toward becoming a highly integrated and digitally enabled manufacturing environment. As operations evolve and new capabilities are introduced, logistics plays a critical role in ensuring efficient material flow from inbound deliveries through production to outbound distribution.

In this role

You will help develop and optimize internal logistics operations, including warehousing and picking, as well as external logistics processes such as consolidation and distribution. Working closely with operations, supply chain, and IT, you will contribute to both continuous improvements and long-term development initiatives.

About the role

As Project Manager Internal & External Logistics, you will drive logistics-related projects and process development within our MES (2020 insight) and on occasions SAP/4HANA. Acting as the link between business operations and system development, you will ensure that business needs are translated into efficient and scalable logistics solutions.

The role combines project management, process development, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Location: Nobia Park, Jönköping, this is an onsite position

We believe you bring

• At least two years' experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of logistics processes such as warehousing, material flow, picking, transportation, and distribution
• Experience with process design, system configuration, or solution development within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA, preferably within Transport Management (TM), Warehouse Logistics, or related manufacturing systems.
• Experience leading projects, process improvements, or business development initiatives
• The ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions
• Experience leading teams or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.

It is highly desirable if you have experience with Azure DevOps
