Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking an operational and business-oriented sub-project manager for a transport operations digitalization project. You will drive and coordinate activities with the main project manager and external parties.

The role requires experience in change and digitalization projects, strong transport/logistics knowledge, and the ability to work at the interface between operations and IT. Swedish and English communication must be excellent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or sub-project management.
• Experience in transportation planning, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in projects involving both operations and IT.
• Experience from two major business or IT change projects.
• At least 3 years of experience in terminal operations, warehouse operations or transport production.
• Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes and business development.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate sub-project activities with the main project manager and internal/external parties.
• Work at the interface between operations and IT in transport and logistics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across large, complex organisations.
• Gather requirements, map processes and support business development.
• Collaborate with external suppliers as needed.
