Job summary

Sport Design Sweden is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support and develop our logistics operations from Stockholm, focusing on inventory visibility, outbound shipping, automated workflows and carrier/warehouse partnerships.

The role combines analytical thinking with hands-on process improvement to identify bottlenecks, drive data-driven changes and ensure the sales team has accurate logistics information across European markets, working with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant/related field.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding or a similar operational role.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage last-mile shipping operations to European customers, coordinating with warehouse teams to maintain consistent and timely fulfilment.
• Oversee automated inventory and shipment tracking processes to ensure data accuracy and availability across all markets.
• Partner closely with the sales team to provide the real-time visibility needed to manage customer expectations.
• Monitor shipments and proactively identify delays, deviations and other operational issues.
• Ensure that relevant logistics information is accurate, accessible and clearly communicated.
