Job summary

Techrytera AB is seeking an experienced Linux System Administrator to design, build and maintain a GPU-enabled Remote Desktop environment for HPC workloads. The platform runs on Rocky Linux/RHEL with X11/Xfce4, using NICE DCV and SLURM for high-performance graphical sessions.

The role focuses on automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (Ansible) to deliver repeatable deployments, ensuring security, scalability, and long-term maintainability, and requires close collaboration with HPC and Infra teams.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Linux System Administrator (Rocky Linux or RHEL).
• Strong automation and IaC skills (Ansible preferred).
• Scripting in Bash; Python is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD and Git/GitLab.
• Familiarity with X11, Xfce4/GNOME, and remote rendering protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain a Linux-based GPU-enabled Remote Desktop environment.
• Develop IaC and automation with Ansible for repeatable deployments.
• Ensure security, scalability, performance, and maintainability of the platform.
• Collaborate with HPC and Infrastructure engineering teams.
• Document architecture, configurations, workflows, and procedures.
