You should have a law degree and over 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in technology and media sectors. The role includes the flexibility to work from home while participating in necessary in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in technology, media, AI, or IP environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support partnerships for Spotify distribution across platforms.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on deal structures and risks.
