Blykalla, Stockholm-based, is scaling its nuclear SMR program. As Legal Counsel you will draft, review and negotiate contracts, support fundraising transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with leadership to drive deals and governance.

At Blykalla, you will play a central role in our legal work – with a particular focus on contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation, fundraising transactions and corporate governance. You will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to structure and negotiate deals, support capital raises and ensure we meet our legal and regulatory obligations as we scale.
