Job summary

Incluso is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel in Gothenburg to support a global automotive business. The role is 100% onsite with a six-month initial contract starting February 2027, involving a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.

The candidate should have 3–6 years of relevant legal experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills for supplier and NDA agreements, and fluency in Swedish and English. This is a consultant position through Incluso.

Assignment Description - Legal Counsel

We are looking for a proactive and independent Legal Counsel to support the business with a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate has solid experience working with supplier contracts, NDAs, procurement processes, and general corporate matters, preferably within an international organisation.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent legal education.
• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of legal matters.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier and commercial contracts.
• Experience with drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Ability to support the business with corporate legal matters as they arise.
• Experience working with and supporting procurement processes.
• Previous experience from working in an international context
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice.

This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English.
