Job summary

Incluso AB, a global automotive company in Gothenburg, is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to support the business with a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters. Start is in February 2027 for an initial 6-month contract, with 100% onsite work in Gothenburg.

The role requires 3–6 years of relevant legal experience, strong drafting and negotiating skills for supplier and commercial contracts, and fluency in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

Assignment Description – Legal Counsel

We are looking for a proactive and independent Legal Counsel to support the business with a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate has solid experience working with supplier contracts, NDAs, procurement processes, and general corporate matters, preferably within an international organisation.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent legal education.
• 3–6 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of legal matters.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating supplier and commercial contracts.
• Experience with drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Ability to support the business with corporate legal matters as they arise.
• Experience working with and supporting procurement processes.
• Previous experience from working in an international context
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide clear, practical, and commercially focused legal advice.

This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English.
