Job summary

Galderma in Uppsala is seeking a strong leader to join as Manager Production Engineering DS & DP. You will lead a team of 10+ Process Engineers supporting Drug Substance and Drug Product manufacturing, driving performance and compliance.

You will prioritize activities, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage deviations, audits, and continuous improvement, and contribute to manufacturing strategy while developing your team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and quality systems.
• Experience with deviations, investigations, audits, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Process Engineers (10+).
• Prioritize activities and resources across multiple production lines.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and manage escalations in manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, governance, legal requirements, and EHS standards; manage budgets and safety.
• Manage Production Master Documents and Master Batch Records; ensure documentation integrity.
• Lead deviation investigations, periodic reviews, and equipment requalification; represent Production during audits and inspections.
