Job summary

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Senior Observability Platform Engineer to design, implement and operate our telemetry stack across workloads. You will partner with development teams to standardize logs, metrics and traces, and you will own critical platform components delivered as a service.

You will collaborate with security and operations, drive self-service adoption, and help teams ship safer changes with lower operational friction.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SRE or platform engineering experience.
• Experience with logs, metrics and distributed tracing.
• OpenTelemetry patterns and collectors.
• Ability to design and implement scalable observability stacks.
• Ability to write clear self-service docs.
• Experience with multi-tenant platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable telemetry collection and storage.
• Develop OpenTelemetry patterns for applications and infrastructure.
• Design dashboards, alerting and service health views.
• Improve cost, retention and cardinality controls.
• Create self service integrations and practical documentation.
• Advocate for observability through pairing, examples and incident learning.
