Job summary

Legora is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the founding SRE team in our Stockholm headquarters. You will own critical platform services end-to-end and partner with engineering to raise the reliability bar across the stack.

You will build a high-signal observability stack, define SLI/SLOs, improve incident response, and drive automation to reduce toil, while collaborating with product and platform teams in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating production systems under pressure.
• Ability to write software and build automation for reliability.
• Autonomous with focus on quality and resilience.
• Systems thinker with focus on failure modes and tradeoffs.
• Strong observability and on-call skills; experience with Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Own critical services end-to-end in Foundations.
• Build and maintain observability stack (metrics, logs, traces).
• Define SLIs/SLOs, alerts, reliability reporting.
• Improve on-call processes and incident response.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to design resilient systems.
