Job summary

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Kubernetes Platform Engineer on behalf of one of our partner companies. You will build and operate Kubernetes platforms in cloud or hybrid environments, focusing on reliability, developer workflows, and security.

As a senior colleague, you will own outcomes, assess risk early, and guide teams toward pragmatic automation and self-service. The role blends hands-on delivery with broader platform thinking and collaboration across security, operations, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Production Kubernetes administration and engineering experience.
• Strong Linux, networking and container fundamentals.
• Infrastructure as code and GitOps delivery.
• Experience with observability and incident response.
• Scripting or software development in Python, Go or similar.
• Ability to work as an internal platform consultant.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Kubernetes platforms in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Automate cluster lifecycle, add ons and policy management.
• Create deployment templates and self service workflows.
• Improve ingress, networking, secrets and workload identity.
• Develop monitoring and capacity management practices.
• Support incidents and convert lessons into platform improvements.
