Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Ludvika, Sweden, seeks an Audit Manager for the quality department to lead internal audits and drive ISO standard improvements across production and processes. The role offers a hybrid model balancing on-site collaboration with focused remote work.

The successful candidate will coordinate auditors, maintain relations with external certification bodies, and deliver monthly deviation reports while developing staff through onboarding and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, quality management or a related technical field.
• Proven experience with standards, compliance and auditing activities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, run and improve internal audit activities regarding ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001.
• Coordinate internal auditor community and manage deviations.
• Promote management systems as part of daily operations.
• Be the contact person for external ISO certification bodies.
• Conduct, document and follow up on internal audits.
• Collaborate with internal auditors to ensure efficient audit processes.
• Provide monthly status reports on audit deviations.
• Provide onboarding and training for Power Transformers staff.
