Koenigsegg is seeking Lead Harness Technicians to drive complex low-volume electrical systems in our automotive program. You will lead build, test, rework and repair of wiring harnesses from prototype to production, collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Production to define methods and raise workmanship standards.

Koenigsegg is looking for Lead Harness Technicians to spearhead some of the most complex low-volume electrical systems in the automotive industry.
You will be at the forefront of building, testing, reworking and repairing advanced wiring harnesses for our vehicles—from prototype development to production. Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Production, you will also help define our manufacturing methods, raise workmanship standards and develop the capabilities of the harness team.
You have significant, relevant professional experience—ideally in complex, low-volume harness manufacturing within high-performance automotive, motorsport, aerospace, defence or another high-reliability environment.
Experience with concentric construction, high-speed communication wiring, CAN, LIN, automotive Ethernet, HV assemblies, potting or moulded transitions is advantageous. IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification and previous mentoring experience are also valued.
