Job summary

Koenigsegg is seeking Lead Harness Technicians to drive complex low-volume electrical systems in our automotive program. You will lead build, test, rework and repair of wiring harnesses from prototype to production, collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Production to define methods and raise workmanship standards.

Ideal candidates bring deep wiring harness craftsmanship, ability to read drawings, meticulous attention to detail, and professional English communication.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in complex, low-volume harness manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret drawings and independently manufacture complete harnesses.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture wiring harnesses, cables and electrical assemblies.
• Contribute to prototyping, development and problem-solving.
• Perform troubleshooting, deliver reliable repairs and rapid engineering modifications.
• Improve tooling, quality, processes and manufacturing documentation.
• Be an example in manufacturing excellence.
• Coach other technicians and help establish internal workmanship and competency standards.
