Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, CS, Automation or related field.
• Experience in automotive product development environments.
• Experience with hardware release and configuration management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive hardware release activities and milestones.
• Manage hardware part number releases and associated documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure configuration alignment across systems and documentation.
• Coordinate hardware release approvals, deviations, and change management activities.
• Plan and follow up supplier hardware deliveries and release activities.
• Manage supplier backlogs and participate in supplier review meetings.
• Support factory, manufacturing, and aftermarket organizations with hardware release activities and deviations.
• Contribute to sourcing activities and technical documentation for new projects.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure successful deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvements in hardware release processes and ways of working.
