Job summary

Mimica is an AI-powered process intelligence platform. We are seeking a senior software engineer to join the Mapper Team, owning data-visualisation features, real-time frontend services, and end-to-end project delivery.

You will shape the technical direction, contribute to architecture, and drive product impact with a global, remote-first team. You will work on scalable frontend solutions, collaborating with Product Managers and TLs, while advancing performance, observability, and data-driven

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong React, state management, and front-end architecture knowledge.
• Experience with data-intensive applications and performance optimization.
• Backend experience and full project ownership from design to observability.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-visualisation applications and features for large data sets.
• Build interfaces and real-time frontend services for multi-user editing and model retraining.
• Own projects end-to-end within small teams, collaborating with TLs and PMs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and document implementations.
• Improve internal processes and code quality through RFCs and reviews.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
