Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong expertise in writing portable, cross-platform C++ code and Go/Golang.
• Experience with embedded Linux, RTOS concepts, and real-time systems.
• Proven technical leadership with code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring.
• Experience with electronics hardware interfaces, microcontrollers, and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop controller software in C++ and Go, for embedded Linux systems interacting with MCUs and FPGA.
• Take a system level view to understand software-hardware interactions and customer usage.
• Lead design reviews and drive improvements in design and code quality across teams.
• Mentor other engineers and support estimation and planning activities.
• Drive CI/CD improvements and ensure robust testing and fault-finding.
