TSS in Solna is seeking a Lead Embedded & IoT Engineer to drive the hardware, firmware and connectivity for our connected products. You will own technical direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship reliable, scale-able solutions.
The role combines hands-on engineering with leadership, requiring a Master’s degree and fluency in Swedish and English, plus experience taking products from validation to production across BLE, USB and IoT platforms.

At TSS, you will help develop technology used by leading pharmaceutical companies worldwide to monitor temperature-sensitive medicines throughout the supply chain, ensuring they are stored and transported under the right conditions from production to the patient.
As Lead Embedded & IoT Engineer, you will take a key technical role in the continued development of TSS’s connected products. You will work end-to-end across TSS’s physical and connected products, from electronics, sensors and embedded firmware in the loggers to gateways, cloud integration and TSS applications.
The role combines hands‑on engineering with team leadership and technical direction. You will help drive priorities, support the team in technical decisions and collaborate closely with other engineering functions and external partners. This is a senior individual contributor role where you lead through technical expertise and collaboration.

The role is based at TSS’s office in Solna, with a hybrid setup where the team typically works from the office 2–3 days per week.
We are looking for an experienced engineer with a strong hands‑on background in hardware, electronics and embedded systems, combined with experience from connected products or IoT. You enjoy staying close to the technology, solving complex technical challenges and taking ownership across technical areas.
We believe you have:
Experience with BLE, USB, battery-powered products, Linux, IoT gateways, hardware manufacturing, product certification, production testing, calibration or regulated industries is a plus.
