Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Software Architect or Lead Engineer in embedded or automotive software.
• Strong expertise in Android/AOSP internals, system services, HAL layers, and Linux kernel behavior.
• Deep understanding of automotive HW interfaces like GMSL, Ethernet, and CAN.
• Hands-on experience leading Android OS upgrades or migration efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the overall software architecture for an advanced automotive infotainment ECU.
• Ensure seamless integration across hardware abstraction layers, Linux kernel components, and Android platform services.
• Lead technical discussions and resolve dependencies.
• Run architectural reviews and enforce compliance standards.
• Translate customer requirements into a scalable architecture.
• Steer Android OS upgrade programs, defining strategy and compatibility paths.
• Promote architectural excellence through documentation and mentoring.
