Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an Expert Team Lead, SWE based in Sweden. You will lead a team of AI Tutors, while hands-on in labeling, evaluation, and QA to ensure high-quality data for AI models.

You’ll align with data and engineering stakeholders to translate model requirements into clear strategies, drive process improvements, and mentor team members for ongoing development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI evaluation.
• Experience building or contributing to scalable technology applications.
• Understanding of data quality metrics and annotation workflows.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their impact on data quality.
• Experience in people management, coaching, and performance development.
• Prior leadership of small teams in data labeling or operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for data projects, reviewing work for accuracy and consistency.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of AI Tutors, including performance reviews.
• Participate in labeling, annotation, evaluation, and review activities.
• Establish and enforce QA processes, taxonomy standards, and evaluation criteria.
• Monitor KPIs like quality scores and throughput to improve efficiency.
• Develop training materials, exercises, and certification benchmarks.
• Collaborate with data managers and engineers on labeling strategies.
• Promote a high-performance culture and ongoing professional development.
• Document outcomes and communicate risks and results to stakeholders.
