Overview

Are you a Key Account Manager within the pharmaceutical- or Medtech industry? This is your opportunity to work with unique products and make a true difference within essential medicine!

The potential for these products is large and the penetration in Denmark so far quite low, despite the product being listed in the national tender. Hence, there are a lot of opportunities for the right person with the right mindset to substantially contribute to the success of the region and company.

You will work in close collaboration with the KAM team and the Nordic Tender Manager as well as the marketing and supply team. The Nordic Headquarters are based in Copenhagen, but your job is primarily remote, visiting hospitals in the area. The role reports into the Nordic Sales Director.

We will be able to share more information about the company and products with the candidates that reach the interview phase.

Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for the sales of the company’s products – currently mainly a range of Ready-to-Use and Ready-to-Administer medicines – to public and private hospitals.
  • Develop and implement account plans in line with the company’s strategy, including sales and customer engagement targets. Understand the dynamics within each customer account and identify treatment pathways, decision-making processes and needs to create value-based solutions.
  • Implement marketing and launch plans
  • Ensure meetings where you have value-based dialogues with healthcare professionals, physically and digitally, to introduce and educate about products in accordance with industry regulations
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with key customers, decision-makers, opinion leaders, clinicians, pharmacists and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for follow-up and training of new customers to ensure correct use and continued customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously analyze the business and results in the district and adjust action plans to maximize impact.
  • Maintain high market and therapeutic area knowledge to proactively identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in congresses and scientific meetings
  • Document activities and customer interactions in the CRM system in an accurate and regular manner.
