Learn, grow, and contribute to innovative cable systems

As a Junior Project Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for designing and delivering high-quality AC and DC cable systems for customers around the world. This role is ideal for recent graduates or engineers with up to 3 years of experience eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting and grow their expertise in a high-tech environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the execution of engineering tasks within your assigned work module
2. Gaining a deep understanding of customer specifications in collaboration with Lead Engineers
3. Assisting with calculations including electrical, thermal, and mechanical aspects
4. Contributing to the definition of test programs such as qualification, routine & sample tests, and SAT tests
5. Collaborating with Lead Engineers on engineering budgets and planning

You will work closely with experienced engineers and receive guidance and mentorship to help you develop your skills. The primary work location is in Karlskrona, Sweden.

Motivated and curious early-career engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented engineer who is eager to learn and contribute to impactful projects. You should have a strong technical foundation, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit.

You also have:

• A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (other relevant disciplines such as Physics or related fields may also be considered)
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as Matlab or Comsol is a plus
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• A valid work permit for the intended work location
