Job summary

Najell is looking to grow its team by adding Junior Community Creators that will work with influencer marketing in our focus markets. The position is based in Lund, Sweden, and you’ll be working on-site at our office.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital platforms and how people connect online.
• Understanding of how different platforms work and what drives engagement.
• Enjoy interacting with people and building relationships.
• Fluency in German and/or French is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Improve marketing efforts in focus markets on social media and ensure communication is on point.
• Identify and create bonds with local influencers, opinion leaders and test institutions.
• Lead the influencer marketing component of campaigns.
• Learn, develop and master skills within marketing such as online advertising, website analysis and social media.
