About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Junior Business Development Manager to play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing high value accounts, and developing future-focused sales strategies in the Danish Market.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and nurturing client relationships, a data-driven approach to developing sales plans, and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to shape the Danish market by delivering strategic, results-driven initiatives and ensuring Dyson’s brand is flawlessly executed both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure balanced approach that maximizes key KPIs and creates sustainable business delivery customized to the specific market
  • Measure and analyze sales performance, ensuring consistency and continuous improvement.

Key Account Management:

  • Build strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Lead strategic negotiations to secure contracts that meet both client and company needs.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to guide product, service development as well as other Dyson operations.
  • Closely manage flow of goods to key retail partners and ensure monthly volume delivery targets are met.

Reporting & Forecasting & Optimization of internal processes:

  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform business planning and decision-making.
  • Proactively seek to improve Dyson Nordic processes to find efficiencies.
About You

You excel at analysing data to uncover opportunities and lead projects to completion. You have both a strong interest in finding the intersect between numbers and driving strong relationships with external stakeholders.
