Location: Stockholm

Who we are looking for: Junior Account Manager

Your responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and acquiring new clients across various industries;
  2. Conducting client meetings and needs analyses;
  3. Presenting and promoting company services;
  4. Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery;
  5. Following up on and developing existing client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Upper-intermediate working proficiency in English;
  • Upper-intermediate working proficiency in Swedish;
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in service sales, with a desire to grow within the field.

  • You possess strong communication skills and easily build trust;
  • You are curious, eager to learn, and want to develop within sales and recruitment.
