We manage the entire process from production to rigorous testing, requiring meticulous planning and coordination. The complexity of our projects includes long processes and handling permits.

We’re now looking for a communicative and motivated IT Service Manager to lead business-critical systems and digital projects. You’ll play a key role in supporting our global operations by delivering smart, scalable IT solutions that align with our digital transformation goals.

Take responsibility for business-critical IT systems and lead projects
In this role, you will ensure the development and support of high-priority IT services on a global level. You will work closely with our project and planning operation businesses, where experience in production planning and project management is required.

You will report to Sr Manager Digital Solutions. The location for this position is Karlskrona.

Communicative IT Service Manager with digitalization experience
Digitalization of business processes is a central part of the work, and it is important to understand the business needs in the digital transformation. In this position, it is essential to comprehend and analyze the requirements from the supported areas. As a Service Manager, you coordinate workgroups and ensure that IT deliveries meet expectations. You will work with both custom-developed and off-the-shelf IT solutions and support NKT’s growing business areas and processes.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an international environment. You need to be attentive, cost-conscious, and strategic, with the ability to organize work well and communicate effectively in both speech and writing. Our services run on both on-premise infrastructure and cloud services, so knowledge of IT infrastructure is an advantage.

Your CV should also include:
• Relevant education in IT or equivalent experience
• Professional experience in delivering IT services and systems in a multinational organization
• Familiarity with agile methods and frameworks in software development
• Experience managing external vendors
• Fluency in spoken and written English. Swedish language is meritorious.
