Qualifications

• Education or early experience in IT operations, support or networking.
• Good Windows and basic Linux knowledge.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, identity and cloud fundamentals.
• Interest in PowerShell, Python or another scripting language.
• Careful communication and willingness to document learning.
• Professional English; Swedish is useful for user support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor services and respond to operational events.
• Resolve user and infrastructure incidents with structured troubleshooting.
• Maintain identities, devices and standard cloud services.
• Automate routine checks and administrative tasks.
• Document fixes, known errors and operating procedures.
• Support changes, patching and recovery tests.
